Techooze is Now Dofollow Blog With Commentluv
After Techooze got it’s first page rank last december, I was thinking to make this blog dofollow. The reason I didn’t do it earlier was the fear of spammers bombing my site with spam comments. But ignoring all these facts I have decided to make Techooze a dofollow blog with comment luv plugin. So, enjoy posting good comments with any keywords you want in the name field but please do not spam as I won’t even take a look at spam comments and anyone seen continously spamming will be banned permanently. If you are also thinking to make your blog dofollow then wait for my next post.
We went dofollow on our blogs a couple of weeks ago. To be honest, the spam is just about the same, but a few more people are using spammy things in the name field.

That’s what I said above, keywords in the name field are fine but anything spammy will get them banned.

Congrats on Joining the dofollow movement brother. I have been DoFollow on all three of my blogs for half a year now and see a great improvement in comments being left (much more spam too though)

You may have installed CommentLuv, but you are still nofollow!

to check your links from any page with comments on it. All outbound links are nofollow until you install the dofollow plugin in WordPress. I think the newest version of CommentLuv solves the problem too, but that I am not sure of.

As I said previously only commentluv links are nofollow not the name fields and to check this I’m using firefox plugin which instantly shows, if the link is nofollow or dofollow. In my case it’s showing dofollow.

Making your blog a dofollow one is the best decision you have made. This would really help you a lot in getting more visitors.
I sometimes wonder why it is so difficult to find good do follow blogs. One would think if every web page was do follow then there wouldn’t be a sub-culture of comment spammers just looking for an easy back link to their site.
Do follow links are real juice link and no follow are like that berry tree that produces sour fruit.Special concern of do follow link is with ranking that normally search engine(Google) do three to four times in a year.
I’ve been experimenting with CommentLuv on a few of my blogs as well (mainly newer ones) and the results have been good so far. I do notice that it attracts a lot of comments from people in totally unrelated niches, which is fine if people at make an effort to stay on topic. Overall, I’m happy with the way things are going. Hopefully you will be too.

You can easily check spam by having a good comment policy. The plugins commentluv and keywordluv make our task easier and reward active users. It is good to see the blogs like yours are dofollow.

If you get a link from the keywordluv AND the commentluv on the same post, does Google pass juice through both of those links? Is it simply diluted, or does one of them simply ignored?
Akismet does a fine job of keeping the spam at bay. Still, keeping a blog dofollow requires courage..as some of the spammers are really very persistent and dofollow blogs are vulnerable.
commentluv and keywordluv are great plugins they help us get the backlinks that we need, so our sites get more traffic and they also help to increase the page rank. thanks for the luv
